Complete Registration Guide for digi888
Step 1 — Fill in the Registration Form
Click the "Register" button at the top of this page or go directly to registration page. You will be asked to fill in some basic information: your full name as on your ID, an active Malaysian phone number, a valid email address, and a strong password. Make sure your password contains at least 8 characters with a combination of uppercase letters, lowercase letters, and numbers — this is to protect your account from unauthorised access.
If you have a referral code from a friend or an ongoing promotion, you can enter it in the field provided to enjoy additional benefits. A referral code is optional and is not required to complete registration.
Step 2 — OTP Verification
After submitting the form, the digi888 system will send an OTP (One-Time Password) to your phone number via SMS. Enter the 6-digit code within 60 seconds to verify your identity. This step is an additional security layer that ensures only you can access your newly created account.
If you do not receive the SMS within that time, you may request a new code. Ensure you enter the correct phone number during registration — this number will be used for all security communications going forward.
Step 3 — KYC Verification
As a licensed and responsible platform, digi888 requires all members to complete the KYC (Know Your Customer) process before the first withdrawal can be made. This requires you to upload a clear photo of your Malaysian identity card (MyKad) — front and back — along with a brief selfie for identity verification.
KYC is usually processed within 24 working hours. While waiting, you can already make deposits and play fully without any restrictions. KYC is only required when you wish to withdraw funds from your account.
Step 4 — First Deposit & Claim Bonus
Once your account is active, you're ready to make your first deposit. Choose the payment method that suits you best — FPX, DuitNow, e-wallet, or bank transfer — and follow the on-screen instructions. Your first deposit qualifies for the exclusive digi888 welcome bonus. Be sure to read the applicable bonus terms before claiming.
